In 2021, during St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, a cooperation agreement was signed with the Government of St. Petersburg.
Historically, St. Petersburg is a city that is always at the forefront. The most important ideas and key events pass through it. Proximity to the sea, new ports, highways and interchanges give a lot of opportunities for the development of fruit and vegetable turnover of products. Import of fruits and vegetables to Russia for the year is average 7.5 million tons, this is about 5 billion dollars. About 60% of this volume passes through St. Petersburg. At the same time, in the agro-industrial sector there are a lot of issues and problems that can and should be solved. For example, the loss of merchandise at the stage of delivery and storage, the lack of recognizable varieties of products and brands, a large number of intermediaries between the producer and the end user of the product.
Agropark "NART" combines economic and technical conditions for the development of the agro-industrial sector of the North-West region of Russia.

It is a specialized warehouse for long-term storage of vegetables and fruits using the technology of controlling the gas medium inside the chambers, maintaining a given temperature and humidity.
Production and warehouse complex
Divided into production zones, where mini plants for the processing of the entire assortment of berries, vegetables, greens and fruits are situated.
Wholesale Distribution Center
A unique complex that provides a full cycle of logistic support for fresh and ultra-fresh products from manufacturer to consumer.
Farmer's Shopping Arcades
These are pavilion-type buildings that allow you to sell fruits and vegetables directly from the producer's transport, without overload, at any time of the year.
Trading Gallery
New format of retail and wholesale trade selected and prepared in the maximum range of products. Also in the scope of the building will be organized areas of workshops, zones of national, author's cuisine, classes for holding seminars and exhibitions, zones of active family leisure.
Business Center
It includes class A office facilities, a hotel, a bank branch, customs clearance, brokerage services, a large conference room.
